Is the 15-minute read-through period included in the 4 hours we have to take the exam? Basically, is the 4 hours and 15 minutes if I include the reading period?

No, unfortunately the exam is only 4 hours. Thus if your proctor takes a long time to hand out the sheets and get things started you will have less time to complete your exam.

Just kidding.. the 15 minutes are not included in the 4 hours
