Hand #8: If you are willing to call to a re-raise then go ahead and raise all-in. Don't give him a chance to re-steal. If you raise all-in first he will most likely fold his 9T.

There are two #12 hands. The second #12 hand was pretty bad. At these limits I don't like calling unless you are trapping. I don't think Q5 is a trapping hand. Why did you call on the flop? Did you think Queen high was good? BTW, did you notice this was the first time he raised less than all-in pre-flop? This is a clear sign that he is trapping.

Thanks. I fixed the hand count. Now #13 is the bad hand. Recognizing traps has been a flaw in my game. I was usually poor reasoning in that hand. When we were down to 5 players, I was able to steal two pots from him by calling a preflop raise (out of position) and then being the first one into the pot. I applied the same strategy when I decided to call this bet. I failed to recognize that we were onto a different stage of the game.

One thing to watch for heads-up is if someone always raises from the small blind then all of a sudden just calls. Another is the one I already mention about raising all-in then raising less than all-in.

I agree with Bama. When someone is going all-in hand after hand, then just raises 2 or 3 times the big blind, he's usually got something pretty strong that he wants a call with.

I got bored and didn't read them all but I would have gone all in on hand 4.

He has 300 left (which he will put in with any cards)

You need to put in 550 to win 800 + 250 = 1050.

Against a random hand and I have 65 I'll take my chences.
