I think i saw something a month or two ago where a state was requiring all carriers (that sell LTC) to file Form C along with other annual statement state pages. Even if the carrier was below the usual 10% threshold for Form C.
I have forgotten the state, and can't find the communication. Anybody else see this? Am I dreaming this up? Montana perhaps?
