Hi all,

I would be really grateful if someone can help me out regarding the following:

i) I can't see "Selected C/W damage ratio" & "State 2000 AIY" that are used in item 8 ), Are they delibrately left out or Am I missing something?

ii) How is Item 10) Calculated?

Wouldn't it be better if the Author could put some more data in Exhibit9 from which those statistics could be calculated that are just left-out? :roll:

i) "Selected C/W damage ratio" & "State 2000 AIY" were left out by the author.

ii) To calculate Item 10), weight newly derived relativities for each state to get c/w relativity; then balance this c/w relativity back to 1; apply this off-balance fator to state relativity (7). Again, Krakowski did not want to bother you with this.
