What kind of salary increases did you get this year? I'm wondering if my all-time low of 2.5% was a ripoff or a function of the economy. I've never gotten anything below 4% before.

Ours too. Not that it matters for me (see Layoffs thread).

I'm actually having my annual performance meeting tomorrow. I guess I'll find out then?!?! This is my first raise, so I don't know what to expect.

Our raises were postponed for the 1st quarter. I guess we'll see what happens in April. The economy does seem to be picking back up for us.

between 2.5 and 2.7
2.5%, but at least bonus was good (everybody got about 120% of target)

Which means that lower paid employees probably got screwed, in relative terms (assuming that your 2.5% is a typical pct raise for employees at all levels).
PS Bonus day = 3/14!!!

4%, and I believe it's higher than the average of 2.5%-3.0%. Bonuses were lower this year due to 9/11.

2.5%, legislature-set; 2.8% or less the past 5 years. (masochist: I check D.W. Simpson salary survey to assure I'm still below the bottom-dwellers.)
