I think you went too soft here. You put down the big blind bet, instead of a much higher pot.

Should've gone stronger here as well. Raising would've been better than checking.

I agree with Whisper on the AA hand. I don't agree with Whisper on the J4 hand. J4 is not that strong and I probably would have folded rather than play it out. Especially in early position. But given that it was played, I would have called instead of going all in since I was in early position. With another big bet on the turn by AcesPlz, I probably would have folded with the wheel straight potential. I don't think there was any way to put him on a set.

Why are you playing J4? Big mistake and you shouldn't have had this dilemma.
But now that you did, this is a Sit and Go not the WSOP. I would have overbet the pot on the flop and gone all in reraise.
I lose and move on. Someone flopped a set your gone it's that simple don't beat yourself up.
In a long tournament I agree you will run into a set sooner or later so you need to live through it. Sit and Gos are to short to not get in there and mix it up with good hands.

AA
You need to go all in on the flop. What are you afraid of? A set? If so it's time to find a new game.

i played it because i was in the BB and wasnt raised. I seem to be losing a lot like this and am looking to see whether it is JUST bad cards.

Actually you were in the small blind but I'm sure that's just a typo.
I can see taking this chance when it costs 5 chips to do so. But 25 is to many. This is over 2% of you stack on junk.
