I have a friend in P&C Insurance who is looking for a position as a Chief Information Officer or Chief Technology Officer. Does anyone know of such an opening?

Not sure what you mean. If you work for a P&C company that needs a CIO or CTO in the NYC area, maybe you can make a nice referral bonus. I would guess the position pays $200,000.
