Best Course 3 material?

Is it worth buying the textbooks, or can I just use a review manual? If just a manual, which do you recommend?

I think it is very important to buy and review the textbooks unless-
1. You have already studied the material on Course 3 somewhere or
2. If you are really pressed for time and want to do this exam in a hurry.

I highly suggest Mahler's notes for course 3. He explains things very well. He starts with the basics and then builds up.

PS He does not cover all the material. But what he does cover, he does very well.
