Not that I'm aware of. And while I have no memory of there ever being lockers there, I know the lockers were taken out of both Penn Station and the Port Authority 15 years ago or so. Not because of terrorism, but because the homeless would monopolize them to store all their worldly goods.

My recollection is that lockers in most public places in New York were removed due to concern about terrorism -- about 30 years ago!

If I recall correctly, and it's been a long time, it followed a number of pipe bombs that were planted by Puerto Rican nationalists.
