Make that 1205 now. It's not clear to me how 1275 is possible except through speedy guessing.

I managed a 1210 on my second attempt and with a bit of luck managed to snarf a 1235 after about 15 tries. The key seems to be speedy guesses on the first part, and short words to unscramble. On the scores above, the words I had to unscramble were only 3 and 4 letters long. I didn't score nearly as well when I had to unscramble U S P N L O N to make a word that meant "to dumfound"
