How does Mike Carmody have the seating set up? Round tables? Just chairs (so I would need a clipboard)?

Any other practical advice. i.e. one time someone posted "Bring binoculars"

No clipboard necessary. 2-3 students per rectangular banquet table. You will be able to see/hear the presentation from any seat in the room.
