naitch - i'm lookin' through the draft results (http://www.wwfowners.com/draft/index.html) and one HUGE question comes to mind... WHAT? happened to Stone Cold?

i'm assumin' 3H and jazz were off limits as champs - what happens when they eventually lose?

what's up with splittin' the dudleys but not the AGD of chuck and billy?

I'm not Naitch, but I'll take a shot at answering.

They declared that Stone Cold had a clause in his contract stating that he would be a free agent. Not sure how they dug that up, but I'm guessing they want to keep him on both shows for at least a little while.

And they didn't split up Billy and Chuck because they are the "current" tag champs. Couldn't very well do that.

I don't know why they declared that the two "world" champs could be on both shows but not the rest of the champions. Perhaps they anticipate creating another set of tag champs for Raw?

I used to watch the WWF until directv dropped their PPVs (I know that they are back on directv). It was a good time to quit because I was getting sick of having to watch four hours a week plus a monthly PPV to keep up with the story line. Can someone give me a brief recap of what has been going on since with two owners. What's the deal with this draft? Thanks.

The short version is that the WWF Board has decided to give one show to each owner ... Flair gets Raw and Vince gets Smackdown.

The draft was to determine which talent each owner would get, with a few "free agents" thrown in.

Theoretically it should freshen the shows up some since you would only see most guys once a week, allowing TV time for lesser known guys.

We'll see how well it works.

Don't worry, even if you didn't get drafted Franchise. I haven't either. Well not officially.

I expect trades. Lots of trades. Benoit has no business with McMahon. Should be with Flair. Teams might get reunited, APA vs Dudz. Why have chicks in both Feds? Oh because Flair and Vince are 2 old pervs.

I guess some ppv's will feature inter-promotion matches. Ex: The Rumble.

Problem is I don't get Raw where I am. Only watch Smackdown. Rock and Hogan. Yay.
