Another thought just occurred to me, as I was thinking it would also be nice to have a :ttia: icon.

At one point in the past, there was a (bandwidth stealing) icon that let a user personalize what the sign displayed. I dunno, is something like that now possible within this bb software?

Yes, it is available, but as you said, it generates a lot of extra bandwidth. I don't think the AO needs to get into the image hosting business, just yet. :D

I am open to any emoticon suggestions for ttia and ita.

Does the IMG400 tag still work in vB? At least, I think that's what it was called. It would resize your image to 200x200 or 400x400 when brought into the post. It was pretty neat.

I think we badly need a windmill-tilting emoticon. (Maybe representing a windmill, or maybe DonQuixote on Rocinante.)

For the record, when I smack my head, I'm usually figuratively smacking it on the table. (Not meltdown, though - just one smack. Sometimes just putting my head down on the table and snorting. Depends on the context.)

But smacking it with a hand is fine, too.

Hey Tom... we need a new emoticon devoted to our love of all things bacon.

I was thinking something like :usa: or :canada: but with a flag of wavy bacon would be a good place to start.:iatp: :2nd: ...ummm... :grover: ...ummm...:sg:

Hey Tom....

I used my mad MS Paint Skillz and made this.

12612

the background needs to be made transparent... deal with it...

[edit: that's a general "deal with it" to everyone, not specifically to Tom.... plz don't ban me]
