If you answer:

Q-11 as EA-1 and

Q-12 as EA-2, A and EA-2, B

is it necessary to fill out Q-13?

It seems like i don't have to since the directions for Q-13 on side 2 says "list the exams you passed with any other organization that is being presented as satisfying section 901.12(c) and (d)"

since i am not relying on soa exams (e.g course 2&3) or any other soa exam for that matter, it seems i would not list anything here.

thoughts?

Yeah -- that's what I thought too -- but evidently, you have to list them again. <shrug>

Guess I'm slow - I'm just now getting my paperwork ready to mail. Stupid question - did you enclude a cover letter? If so, what do you say other than "Enclosed is my application for enrollment"?

Depends, do you include a cover letter when you submit your taxes? What do you put on that? Seems like a similar situation.

Since I submit the income tax forms online, there in no cover letter. I decided not to send one here either. I don't think there is anything that I can include in a letter that will give the "Executive Director" information that is not already on the form.

For the record, I am sending my application certified mail today. I'll let you know when I get a response.

I just got the confirmation letter that they received my application. Also, my supervisor received the questionaire to verify my experience.

My letter says it normally takes approximately 4 months from the date of receipt. Since the letter is dated 9/2, it could be January before I get my number. I'm guessing that even if they get it processed before that, they will wait so they don't have to reissue me a 2005 number right after I get the 2002 letter.

24Fan - What's happening with you?

Same, but it happened a few weeks ago.

I submitted my application on August 16th. Yesterday I received a voice message from someone with the Joint Board office telling me that my application was approved as of September 20th, and the official letter is in the mail.
The confirmation letter back in August did say they would normally take about four months.

I got my call on Friday (9/24). So just slightly over a month after I sent it on 8/16. I was not expecting to get anything until Dec or Jan. A little anti-climatical after all the work we did to get here, but a milestone none the less!

I'M DONE!!!!!
