Round 6 Challenge 1 - Piggy Banks
This Challenge was shamelessly stolen from Big Brother.
Each player (not team) is given thirteen tokens. Each player also has a "piggy bank" which is empty at the start of the Challenge. Your task: to place the tokens into one of the other player's "piggy banks." You must allocate tokens into at least two banks. The person with the most tokens, but no more than twenty, wins. If a player ends up having more than twenty tokens, that player will be eliminated. The team with the highest scoring non-eliminated player wins the Challenge. You may allocate tokens to your own piggy bank, if you wish.
Decide how you wish to allocate the tokens, then send that information to me by Private Message. At the end of the Challenge, or when all players have responded, I will post how each player allocated their tokens and the final results.
The tribe which wins will earn immunity. The other two teams will advance to the second Challenge. In the event of a tie, we will look at the second-highest scoring player on the tying teams, then the third, etc. An eliminated players has a score of "0". In the event of a tie all the way down (very unlikely, I'd think), whichever team had the first team member to submit their picks will win.
The Challenge officially begins at 8:00am ET, but if you will not be able to post during the day before the Challenge ends, then you may make your picks before then at any time. They will not be "locked in" until 8:00a tomorrow. The Challenge will end at 12:00 noon ET, and all picks must be made by that time.

I will post each players selections here once they have all been made. 25 minutes left to deposit your tokens, if you have not already done so.

You are so tricky, urysohn. I'm sure everyone has submitted their tokens by now. Trust me.

Come on, Hagbard. I would really love to know how you can be so confident concerning the red team. You certainly are the little player if this turns out to be true. I dare you to post again before urysohn. I double-dog dare you. Can you name the red member who hasn’t voted?
Trust me.

I love this game....Paranoia runs more rampant here than in EC! :tfh:

I post names with my trash talk, aces219. If you know something, a trash talker would post it to be in your face. So bring it! Do you know something or not?

Patterns in Static wins it for Team :D
Ironic, aces219 deposited 2 into pattern's bank, just enough to give him the win over her.

The boys seems to have a better handle on the game (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/bigbrother5/show/w05/tues02.shtml) as both Scott and Jase deposit mass tokens into Diane's bank, which will lead to her elimination. Will gets how to win and puts as many tokens as he can into Jase's bank. Diane draws a strategy blank and when she doesn't put enough into Jase's pig to bust it, he ends up winning the competition. In typical Jase fashion, he crows like a rooster, flaps his arms and gets in Diane's face.

Sidenote: if Cat had been around and followed through with the Red/Green plan (or maybe I'm reading a "plan" in this and it was just an amazingly similar but random depositing of tokens?), then Green still would have taken the win. By deduction, he would have busted aces219, but not given any other player enough to overcome pattern's lead.
But in this case, it would have been Blue's random distribution of tokens that would have given us the win. The "plan" would still have made sure that Blue did not win this round of the challenge.
Of course, a better plan would have been to spend another 5 minutes thinking of what could go wrong and then make sure it would work with any 7 players active...

Plan??? What are you talking about, urysohn? I crunched the actuarial numbers and determined 11, 1, 1 was the perfect allocation. I assume all of the intelligent players did the same. I have some beachfront property in Lubbock for sale as well.

I'm interested in knowing when people placed their tokens, if they placed them today. Mine was yesterday.
I have to say ury....this wasn't much fun since we didn't get to decorate our pigs....can we do that next time?

Who? :-? How did [HC] come by that knowledge?
Looks like you were right about a red team member not voting. I'll give you that you could have named The Cat. I am still interested in how you knew this.
Even if you don't answer the question above, I would love to know when you submitted your tokens. How can that information hurt you?

Come on, EK. Surely you aren't as clueless as your avatar looks. Hagbard posts exactly one hour after I said in the main thread that Red was waiting for the value of a token. He knows ury hasn't responded publicly. He checks with me by PM to verify there was no private response.
He even includes "Trust me" in his post to confirm that his source is impeccable. Yet you wonder.
