The fans are just not beind the Expos. Puerto Rico should have its own major team, enough of the players are puertorriqueñas. It think it would help improve the national league.

I think it feel through right after the Puerto Ricans failed to sell out the 7th ever major league game they had in a stadium of less than 20K.

You know, if they had another extra team - like if things don't work out in DC or if the White Sox ever wise up and decide to move to a city that cares about whether they play or not - it might be pretty good for the fan base to just have a team that tours the whole year, and hits a lot of areas that don't get any baseball. 162 games, 81 are at home, are all the series 3 games each? So, that's 27 series, you could play one each in Syracuse, Buffalo, Akron, Indianapolis, Rockford, Fargo, Spokane, Tulsa, Ok City, Santa Fe, Grand Junction, Louisville, Austin, San Antonio, Amarillo, Omaha, Salt Lake City, Boise, Kansas City, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Reno, El Paso, Bismarck, Des Moines, Birmingham, and Augusta. That's probably 25 million people that would have a "local" team that they could go to see that have never been able to see a live MLB game without traveling at least 200 miles.

Believe me, it was a blessing growing up more than 200 miles from any major league stadium.
