OK I'm a bit naive here so please forgive me if this should be obvious.
Who has the power to decide who is a full member of the CAS (Or what the requirements are to be a full member)? If it is the Task force do they have full and unlimited power to do this?
What if the Task force (or whoever has this power) voted that all plumbers are now FCAS's? Would that be allowed? If not what would prevent it from being allowed?
It seems in looking at the Task Force survey that a large number of the members (FCAS's) are strongly against allowing ACAS's to be FCAS's without the additional exams. Shouldn't that be the end of it?
