Hockey season starts tonite. Any predictions?

Just one,
They will continue to have worse TV ratings than the XFL had....

Yeah, but a very predictable and loyal demographic.
Higher income than XFL-watcher losers, too. No one watching just for the chicks in hot tubs.
Any of those "new looks" to see the game appear in the NFL telecasts?
Same reason minor leagues don't have national contracts: poor-quality content.

Here's a prediction - by the end of the season, I'll still be sick of the Avalanche the most, and the Red Wings will still be a close second!

I'm only hoping that a certain team can knock BOTH of them out this year.

Which team? Blues? Stars? A team yet unnamed?

I'm afraid I'm up to no good...
Please re-read my post more closely. Two words give it all away. Knowledge of playoff results is essential.

Think Kevin James, Drewby!

That's over my head, oh University of Hawaii alumnus.
I'm unfamiliar with Kevin James, so I can't tell whether this will help him.
The two words are in my message.
If I have to provide more clues, I'll have to make a judgment.

He is the star of the TV show '"King" of Queens'!
At least that's what I thought you meant. I could be wrong...

I can understand most references to classic sit-coms.
But you have to understand:
1. That's on during MNF in these parts.
2. It's not good enough to be considered classic.
3. I'm also not old enough to watch CBS. (Except Letterman, who makes fun of folks who watch CBS.)

Upon further inspection, maybe it's no worse than my word game.
And you are correct, oh symbol of gay pride.

Of course I am correct! No, your word game is worse.
Symbol of Gay pride! Well, I guess I can join the LAGALABATATA, then(I got this acronym from the Onion. I'm not sure I can remember what all the letters stood for.)

Too bad I missed the third period last night. Other obligations. I should have taped the third period replay.
On ESPN2 last night, it showed the Avs and the team with the black guys (Oilers). Still quite a novelty.
NHL needs a rev-sharing program like NFL, if only to keep teams in great hockey places like Edmonton.
There are black hockey players! This I have to see.
Tan: In the movie 'Hardball', Keanu's character offered to pay for pizza with 2 tickets to the Blackhawk game since he was out of cash. The pizza restaurant workers were 2 black guys: "Do we look like we watch hockey?" So he offered them Bull's tickets instead.

I counted three: Grier, Carter, and some enforcer with a Frenchy sounding name "La Puncheur" or something. Laraque, actually.
Didn't check the goalies. Edmonton once had two black goalies. Fuhr and his backup. Was it Moog?

Black hockey players are like black republicans.
There are a few out there, but nobody from the black community wants to admit to it.
