He has worked with the Prez to bring $20B in relief to NYC (and will likely get more), and has gotten a bill on money laundering (virtually?) passed that had been rejected by both the Clinton and Bush administrations until now.

And yes, he has (rightly, of course) been a strong supporter of Israel - before and during this crisis.
