Is it taking until late June for the notes to be sent out because Mahler is updating/ fixing errors in the first edition?
According to you guys, were there lots of errors in the existing edition, and was there anything that needed to be changed or added in the first edition?

I called them yesterday, and I was told Mahler is making some changes. Have no idea what the changes are.
Hope this helps.

There were several errors in the 2000 pages of notes but none that I found were crucial to understanding.
As far as what can be added, he might need to add some additional Bayes problems that require the calculations to be done algebraically (non-quantitative). But there is nothing major that was missing (that I saw).

I update my study aids every 6 months, so this is more than the
15th edition (counting back to Part 4B days).
I make some incremental improvements based on things that happen in class, questions or suggestions from students, recent exam questions. etc.
This time one improvement is Highly Recommended questions are double-underlined and recommended questions are underlined. I also added another practice exam, making a total of 6.

How much does it cost to get the changes? I already have the original packet.

ladies man,
I thought you just took 4 - do you have a bad feeling about the results?

I'm hoping the pass mark will be lower ...21 or 22. If it is higher than that I'm pretty sure I'll be retaking.
I really want to knock this out on my first try but may be a little short.
Oh well, can't let it ruin my summer..(or golf game)

Best of luck on a low pass mark, ladies man. Do you think that 28 or 29 right based on the popular key is a safe bet for passing?

I definitely would be comfortable with that kind of number, Possum.
From earlier posts it sounds like the pass marks for this exam have been around 21-22 or so.
You should be in good shape.

do "Mahler notes" = "NEAS"? I, too, would be interested in an updates package...

Will you guys leave Mahler alone so he can finish the notes. :) As I am sure he knows, we need them as soon as possible...
PS How do you get these faces to work?

We're not technically bothering him, are we... if he chooses to troll and occasionally respond to the forum, isn't that his choice?
