I have heard that to punish bin Laden, the US plans to capture him and bring him back here, give him a sex change operation, then send him back to live in his own country.

Actually, I have this one all figured out, and it is a surprisingly simple and appropriate punishment.

Every year, thousands of buildings are demolished to make room for new construction.

Capture Bin Laden, handcuff him to pillar in the middle of one of the lower floors of a building, preferably one of at least 20 floors or more.

Let him sweat for a few days.

Demolish the building.

Do it on video.

Broadcast it 24 x 7 to terrorist supporting nations.

Maybe it violates the "cruel and unusual" prohibition, but maybe we could make an exception this one time.
