View Full Version : Know what would be cool?

Hey...you know what would be a really cool option? Being able to send one PM to multiple users at one time. Is there any way to implement that?

And also, Glenn...how do I get rid of this annoying phantom message in my outbox?

You mean you PM people other than your MS?

That message in your outbox will clear up in 2-3 days.

Ummm...highest priority are given to PMs from my MS, but I do PM a few others. Don't cry Ducky...your feathers the best and you know how to stuff me just right. ;)

And this phantom message has been in my box since the end of May.

Can't you delete it?

(Click the white square to mark it, then click "Delete Marked".)

I did delete it. But it won't go away. When I click on the message it says no such message exists. That's why I call it a Phantom Message. IT doesn't really exists, but it "sits" in my outbox.

Ignore it. It'll give up and die sometime in the next century or so. :D

Jeez...now I've got two stinking phantom messsages. Is there a time limit of how long you have to delete a message??? There was a message sitting out there for a few days, so I just decided to delete it. Now, the message no long exists, but it's still listed in my outbox.

Just ignore it. That happened to me. I deleted a message but the message stayed in my outbox for a LONG, LONG time. Then it disappeared.

Dumb dumb dumb...okay, I'll ignore it. I wish there was some internet white-out you could paint on , but people not approve of that...

Here's a way to make sure it doesn't happen again. Send all your PMs to me. I always open them. I can't imagine why your Ducky doesn't. :)

Remember what Ducky asked earlier????

I do PM other people...my Ducky always reads his messages from me and responds accordingly. I have no worries about him reading the message I sent to him this morning that is in my outbox. :)

Of course. :duh:

How could I have forgotten that the whole purpose of this thread was that you wanted to copy me on all your posts to him?

Weird. I just sent a PM to Ben Kenobi and thought I accidentally sent it twice. I look in my sent and out and can't find any record of it. :-?

Kitten, send your PMs to someone who will appreciate them.

By the way, the explanation for your problem is simple. If Ben deletes them from his inbox before opening them, they disappear from both your outbox and sentbox.

(I thought I had tried to send you this by PM three times this morning, but I can't seem to find any record of it.)

Pillow, I can try slaying those phantoms for you. My rates are very reasonable.

Obi-Wan's mailbox has no messages either.

Shouldn’t these have been posted in thread “What do you use to get the advantage?” in section “Surveys”, with explanation
Act lonely in effort to attract PMs from WCCs.

That's odd. If you resent what's he doing, why don't you stop PMing him and PM me instead.

Because it is more fun to harass someone when it is unsolicited? :P
