All right I finished my ASA requirements by passing course 4 last week (courses 1-6) and I took APC last year (Dec 03) and while I was there submited an application and it was approved.

Do I have to do something or will the SOA contact me?

congrats !! :) ur name should pop up in the "new associates - december 2004" list. that list is usually published the same time they put up the passing candidates' names. they will also send u a bill for membership dues very soon. and then your certificate.

so sit back, and start reading the study notes for your next exam already.

For people who took the CIA version of the APC, there were no application forms for an ASA???

Does anyone know what, if any, are these ASA application forms?

Thanks.

A completed Application for Admission as Associate is required from all ASA candidates. Applications are routinely mailed to candidates who have completed all of the preliminary exams. Applications may be filed at any time prior to completing the exam and educational requirements for the ASA. If you have not yet completed an application and you have credit for Courses 1-4 (Exams P, FM, M and C), you may request an application from the SOA's Membership Coordinator, Dorothy Pedroza at dpedroza@soa.org
