I have not. They have not charged my credit card. I was told that they receive my application.

I got mine. But I sent in my app early, back in August.

Received mine sent in by Fed ex only a few days before deadline

Mine was postmarked September 4.

Fedexed app on 15 Sep - have not received ticket nor credit card charge.

Overnighted check on Sept. 19th or 20th. Got ticket 26th or 27th. Postmarked Sept. 24th.

I am the first anon.

I found out what happened. The credit card #
I sent had the wrong expiry date. I am registered, sigh!

I sent mine through regular post on Sept 10.
