Regarding the Individual Risk Rating Study Note by Tiller, toward the top of the first page is stated that the student will not be responsible for the details of the Roller Skating Rink Risk Retention Group Schedule Plan. Does this mean that this section of the Sherwood article is effectively excluded, even though it's not excluded per the syllabus? Thanks.

You mean stuff like the 5% premium credit for using non-flammable wheel grease? I would bet that you could safely not memorize that.

A detail like that would never be important. I simply don't understand why an entire article is required reading, but another reading, a Study Note written specifically for this exam, would come right out and exclude portions of the article.
