Course 4 Help

Hey guys,

I own a previous edition of Mahler's notes for course 4 and just discovered today that it missed a few pages of solutions on the section for MINIMUM CDF DISTANCE.
Can someone please tell me the answer choice for this section? There are 7 questions total. The first one is a 4 pointer and starts by saying, "one hundred observed losses have been recorded in thousands......" and the last question is from "Q 4 from May 1999"
