Are these appendices (30+ pages) considered testable, or do the bulk of the questions come from the first 30 pages that discuss the actual wording in the SAO? Thanks-

If you're talking about the COPLFR Practice Note, they are definitely testable. I missed a question last time because I had only skimmed through it.
