I took a seminar for Course 6 from Frank Reynolds in Kitchener, Ontario a couple of years ago. I found him to be misogynistic and biased against Americans. He was also the absolute worst instructor I've ever had. His handouts weren't legible, they were riddled with errors and they weren't in the order in which he discussed them. He would also leave the room for extended periods of time in order to READ the text for the next lesson. Granted, it was the first time he had given the seminar but he should have at least read the material beforehand. When I got there the other students were primarily Canadians who told me all about his poor reputation in Canada but had to take his seminar anyway because the ones offered in the US were too expensive for them. I think the worst part was that he thought he was wonderful. :swear:

I was considering the 8M seminar in St. Louis. Anyone have any feedback on that?

It sounds like Reynolds sucks, but is it better than nothing?

I took a seminar from him for old course 220 (now covered by exam 6). He is not better than nothing!!! I strongly advise you to stay away from his seminars.

Under the old syllabus, I took the St. Louis seminar. It was WORSE than NOTHING!!! You are better off taking a week off and studying at home.
