SS&C and PTS

Several PTS people at SS&C have been fired. So, what are we to conclude?

1) That SS&C is shaking things up and intend to improve PTS and its support. OR

2) SS&C sees the writing on the wall and intends to spend as little as possible on this software.

I suspect 2). Anyone else?

I go for number 2. We already dumped PTS for ALFA because of poor support and bad upgrades
