Initial plan documents

For the letter of commitment, did you "pretty up" what is on the SOA website (copy/paste into Word & format), or print it out & sign as is?

Same question if you used a model plan.

For the Letter of Commitment, I printed it off the website and signed it as is.

For my plan, I cut and pasted it into MS Word. However, my plan was a model plan with additional objectives and modifications.

Same here, except for the plan document I added a place for the names and signatures and dates.

Like Sleeping Dragon, I just printed out the Letter of Commitment. I made no cosmetic changes.
