Forgive me if this has been asked...mine is a day earlier than the day I actually joined. So are others'.

Is it a GMT thing?

If it were a GMT thing, then our joined dates would be later than our actual joined dates (based on any North American time zone, anyway).
(Mine is also one day early.)

I don't know, but my mailbox can hold 101 messages now instead of the normal 100. :o (Don't worry folks...these have accumlated over days!)

I'm just wondering why it matters.
Could it be...messing up your stats of "# posts/day" or something ;) ?

I believe it calculates the "percent full" based off of 100 messages, but I've had more than 100 in there before and was still able to receive messages.

Let's see. There was Ezri, Jadzia, Curzon, Joran, Torias...

I'd like to take this opportunity to point out I've been around longer than all of you except for Glenn and Traci, so I think y'all owe me more respect. Punks.

It kicks out the first messages at the end of the inbox. I used to think I had more then 100 but the first messages just disappear.

So they do. I was thinking this didn't used to happen. Oh well.
Guess I should clean out that box.

You're not going to save mine? :(

Note: I said clean it out, not delete it. There's a save box there for a reason. :P

Shouldn't be too hard with all those nested quotes. 50 PMs combined into one.

Respect me, dammit!!!
Your application is being processed. You did leave one item blank: "Have you ever voted for a corpse for governor? Y/N"

No, it's messing up a point I was making in the political area.

No, it's messing up a point I was making in the political area.
and what point is that (I don't enter the political area, as a general rule)?TDA thinks that I picked my name as a way to make fun of him. He was trying to "prove" this by showing that I joined shortly after someone in another thread refered to "that drunken idiot". While it's true that this reference was the inspiration for the name I picked, it is a bit presumptuous of him to assume that the reason was to make fun of him.

I said make fun of or emulate. I'm leaning towards emulate. And I'm flattered. And let;s not forget, the whole reason the term 'that drunken idiot' came up in the thread that 'inspired' you was as a reference to me.

"Emulate" means "to imitate". Yes, the original reference to "that drunken idiot" was an effort by someone to imitate your name in order to make fun of you. Any emulation of you by me stops there.

Hey, I think I am responsible for the name. I should get a royalty per post. I will give you my bank account number so you can wire it to me. As TDA was the inspiration, I will share maybe 20% with him.
