I usually bring lunch every day for a couple of reasons. One is that I like home-made food better than the food I get here. They do have a wide selection at the food court downstairs, but IMO my food is healthier and tastes better. Also, if I were to buy lunch every day, I'd be lookng at around $5/day, which would be roughly $100/month. Although I've never figured it out, the food I bring from home (leftovers from dinner, sandwiches, etc.) would probably be less than half that. MJF brings lunch too.

I intend to bring a lunch more often, but it usually ends up that it's time for bed and I haven't gotten around to it. I make a mean ham-and-cheese on toasted all-grain with tomato, roasted bell pepper, and hot sauce.

I bring lunch 5 days a week, because it is much healthier than the fast food available around town. I EAT it about 3 - 4 days a week, and sleaze on out to Taco Belle or Arbys the other days when I can't face healthy. :D

4 times a week. Fridays are for going out to eat with the rest of the department, and one day a week of splurging (calories and price) is not going to kill me.

I'm also in the 3-4 times a week... usually 4 unless I'm feeling pretty lazy. And it's almost always last night's dinner.
But we do not have a cafeteria at my office... I wonder if that's a driving factor for the "never" votes.

3-4 days per week. I usually study during lunch, so less standing-in-line time means more study time (and less time after work). It's also healthier, too.
But I usually get lazy one or two nights a week and don't pack.

We have a pretty good cafeteria at work, so I can usually find something I want there.

Too lazy to make it, even though I know it would save me money. Now, If I had a spouse that could make a yummy lunch for me to bring everyday, then that could change things.

~4 times per week.
It would be always, but something always seems to come up approximately once per week - welcome lunch for the new guy, farewell lunch for the old guy, visits from marketing reps who want our business and feed the department, peer interviews at lunch....
and don't even get me started about the holiday season! (Is there an emoticon for obesity? How about a sugar-induced coma?)
Oh, this week I brought lunch only 3 times: farewell lunch on Monday, and Mrs. Tentacles didn't cook last night. I think I'm in the mood for cheap Chinese, but I'm not sure yet.
Edit: Wait... I just found a Chipotle at the West End. :P (the closest thing to licking my chops...)

I usually make lunches two at a time. Saves a good three minutes a morning on average. Just a sandwich and a fruit. Sometimes, I eat one of the lunches as dinner.

I usually go home for lunch 3 times a week and the other 2 days are lunch with my gal pals... we do one healthy and one free-for-all. :P
