Based on the content of the letters as below. does it seem more like terrorism or some crackpot scientist? The letters seem very phony - such that they look like someone pretending to do it in the name of Allah. On the other hand, penicillin is spelled - would a mad scientist do this? Or would that be just to throw people off.

The letter to Daschle read:

You can not stop us.
We have this anthrax.
You die now.
Are you afraid?
Death to America.
Death to Israel.
Allah is great.
