Anyone knows the cost of it ? On the web site, it shows study manual is included, is the manual the same one as the one you can buy independently ? If I reserve the seminar on 6/1, is it right to assume that I will receive the study manual right away?
Really eager to get started soon.

The manual in the package for attending the seminar is the same one.
It will not come to you any earlier.
If I recall, the package is about $1000 (including seminar, manual, online tests).
There's a bit of cost savings, as the seminar and manual individually will cost the same (so you save the cost of the online exams)

does this package include one of the ultimate or essential study programs as well? I'm a little confused about what's on the website.
