I am currently a grad student in math who recently passed course 1 without studying (last part is not bragging, but rather to show I've not studied for an actuary test, so I don't exactly know what it takes). I've not started studying for course 2 yet and have never had the material before. In the fall, I will have 2 classes (Partial Differential Equations and Numerical Analysis) and will be teaching 2 sections of an undergrad class. So, needless to say, I'm behind in the game at this point. I plan on starting to study this coming Monday and plan on trying to study for at least 2 hours a day during the week and 4 or so each day on the weekend. Am I too far behind to have a realistic shot of passing? Also, any recommendations on how I should approach the material or any other suggestions that will help me out ? Thanks.

Well, I'm currently considering a few hours of intense supplication a day to the Almighty for some help as being a (if not the only) viable option. :)

cardsrule.....shouldn't be too late to start, if you have alot of time devote in the next few months. With your Math/Statistical background it may be easier to skip C2 for now and sit for C3 instead, since you haven't started studying. Not that I've taken three yet, but it may be advantageous for you to have a more technical exam. Just my opinion, I'd be curious to see what others think though.
