Why is my picture not showing up? When I tried to upload it there was a message saying access denied. Please help.

Sorry, that was me. When I upgraded the forum last night I neglected to turn on the ability to upload avatars to the server. I've corrected it, let me know if you still have problems.

Ross didn't upload his avatar, he just linked to it. Which slows down our board and risks problems if the place he linked to makes any changes.

I'll leave it with you to decide. I can certainly take his avatar, shrink it down and upload it to the site if that's what (s)he wants. I expect that it's a 'didn't think about it' more than a conscious decision to use a large avatar.
