I am no longer a rookie at Course 3. However, I wonder if there are any subtle changes to the syllabus for the Fall sitting, and where these changes would be published, if at all. Given the volume of material, I would hate to study sections that are definitely not on the Fall exam. This especially pertains to Mahler's Notes, which I purchased for the Spring sitting.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

You could look at the spring and autumn catalogs and compare readings.

For the Spring sitting the Klugmann Course 3 study Note was substituted for the portions of Loss Models that covered Loss Distributions (as opposed to the portions that cover Freq. , Aggregate dist. or the portion on the Ruin that is on the syllabus.)
There have been no changes for the Fall on my part of the Course 3 Syllabus ( which excludes Life Con. )
The Spring 2002 Edition should cover everything, including the Klugmann Course 3 study Note (see Spring 2002 Edition Study Aids 9 and 10). For the Fall 2002 edition these same ideas were reflected idircetly in my Guide to Loss Dist.
