Any advice for study material and seminar. The last update on the subject was in 2004...
Study Material
All 10 vs CSM
Seminars
CAMAR - Philly 09/16 to 09/18 and 09/30 to 10/02 - Given by Margaret Doyle & Chester (Chet) Szczepanski
NEAS - Chicago 09/11 to 09/14 or NJ 10/09 to 10/12 - Given by Feldblum
Thanks!

Study manual -- no strong preference either way. I bought the All10 last year and plan to get the CSM this year.
Seminar -- Definitely do not take the Feldblum seminar in NJ. He won't give you most of the study material till you're at the seminar, and with just 3 weeks to study it won't be of much use to you. At least if you take him in Chicago, you'll have more time to read his materials. Don't know how good the CAMAR is.
CAMAR’s part 9 seminar was AWFUL particularly Margaret Doyle. She taught the retro and experience rating part of the syllabus and basically read straight from her notes. I noticed several of the student left in the middle of her session to go back to their hotel rooms and study on their own. CAMAR did a far better job with parts 5, 6, 7 and especially part 8.
Feldblum did a slightly better job on part 9. His notes are good even though his articulation is appalling. He combines all the retro and experience rating sections into two sets of hand outs which I didn’t like. I found his notes helpful but in the end I just concentrated on all ten and past exams and passed.

All10 was enough for me. There are a lot of gaps that you'll probably need to fill, but there's plenty of margin room to do so.
