When I took Part 6 in 2001 and I saw the 11-point Black Scholes question, I was like : "All right, write as much as you can, you'll never have to deal with it again, ever".. So far, the 8F material had been pretty ok, not that difficult and fairly interesting. But with the addition of the Real Options book to the 2002 syllabus, oh boy was I not happy or what when I saw that I have to deal with all that crap again! Great! And now, seems like Chapter 5 looks even more promising!! Déja vu of Valuation of Interest-Sensitive Financial Instruments?! Hmm..
Anyway, I just thought I'd complain since it's always fun. BTW, anyone has done a page count for the exam in total?? I feel like I'll never be done reading that material. Yuk! Case study? Uh what's that..
