What to buy in Dubai??

My sister will be going through Dubai in early December. I've heard that it is the cheapest place on earth to buy electronic goodies. Any suggestions on what I should make her bring me?? Keeping in mind she'll have to take it with her on numerous flights around Europe, so plasma TVs are out. PDA suggestions? MP3 player ideas? Cell phones? Or are the cheap Dubai goods simply a myth or refurbished or anything else that would make me not want to buy anything?

Forget it. They will spot immdeiately when she opens her mouth that she is not a local (or Indian), so she will pay through the roof. Many counterfeits exist, and electronic goods may present a problem as I think Dubai runs off different voltage to the US - so you'll need a transformer. Shop online in the US - I do and it's way cheaper. Even gold is not much cheaper (gold tends to be the same price world-wide in my experience) and remember most of the traders in Dubai are very crafty Indians. they will not hesitate to rip her off.
