Mango's SHapely value and Marginal variance

The actual formula for Mango's shapley value and MV are both from Sec 9, which the CAS explicitly said no question will be asked. But all of sec 10 is devoted to comparing the results of using the shapley value to other statistics.

I know it sounds like a dumb question but Is it still likely that they will ask a question utilizing Shapley or MV values??

I think it's game for both Shapley and CV to be asked. Section 9 provides the theory. Section 10 presents the formulas and comparisons of the risk load calculation.

Not a dumb question...the CAS screws up on stuff like this all the time. I would expect them to ask a question on shapely values, but if the section it's from is explicity excluded from the syllabus, this fact could be a good basis for a faulty question appeal.
