Does anyone have the Syllabus for 2000 & 1999? I would like a copy.

I think if you look in the archives you'll find the catalogs for that period.

For the catalogues, the electronic archives only go back to 2001.

If you're referring to something that would have been on the SOA web site back then, you can try www.archive.org (http://www.archive.org) - they may or may not have saved it.
