I was wondering the problems at the end of each sections and his practice exams... will it be helpful to work through them?

I thought the problems at the end of his sections were helpful. SOme were really easy, some were really hard, but they helped to reinforce concepts. I haven't taken his practice exam yet.

With so little time left, just concentrate on old exam questions and the questions that he bolds from Mahler's notes.

With only a few weeks left until the exam you should do my 6 practice exams. Each one covers the syllabus other than life contingencies, and is therefore 19 rather than 40 questions long. Otherwise it is just like a Course 3 Exam.

If you have trouble with any of these questions, then check out the similar questions in my Study Guides.

Any remaining time should be spent reviewing the important ideas sections at the end of each study guide, and doing some problems in high point sections (names in bold or names in bold and big in the table of contents.)

Mr Mahler -

In my case I am at the review stage however I have only done about 1/3 of the questions before. Would you recommend that I move on to practice exams or try a few more to review each topic?

Thanks!

Girl,

One third of my problems is a lot.

On my portion of the syllabus, I would alternate between my practice exams and my important ideas sections.

Any extra time could then be spent doing problems from important sections such as the variance of aggregate distributions.

I assume you also have studying to do of Life Con.

Thanks for your help.

I know 1/3 is a lot but it doesn't feel like it since I don't feel like I know the material well enough yet. I just keep feeling like I will forget things if I don't review actual questions in each topic. Maybe I am just too scared to "test" myself.

Thanks again!
