i'm also find a few more - maybe this will help somebody....

page 546 - solution to 67.9 k = 35 (rest of solution based on this value, so it's ok)

page 546 - solution to 67.12 E(mu(theta)^2)|B) = .2*1+.1*4+.2*9 = 2.4
therefore v = 1.13

page 547 - same solution -- Pc = .7 + (1/37.666)*(1.0 - 0.7)
....................or am *I* wrong??

I agree with your first two, but after you get v=1.13, that makes k = v/a = 113/3, so z=1/(1+k) = 1/(1+ 113/3) = 1/(116/3) = 3/116.

I think this is correct...

page 547 - same solution -- Pc = .7 + (1/[1+37.666])*(1.0 - 0.7)

I had Z wrong, but the "1-.7" or ".3" is printed in the ASM solution as "0.2".... isn't that wrong? shouldn't it be 0.3?
