Actuarial Guidelines 33 & 34

I'm trying to assess our reserving methodology for variable annuities, especially the min. guaranteed DB. Anyone know where I can find a copy of AG 33 and AG34? Are they available on the internet somewhere? I can't seem to find AGs on the NAIC website?.?.?

Never mind. I found all of the AGs in an appendix of the NAIC Accounting and Procedures Manual.
