Exam center locations?

I went through the CAS web site and I can't find the addresses for the exam centers. I found the list of cities, but that's it. The receipt they've sent also doesn't have the exact address, just the name of the city. Did I just miss it or do I have to call them now to figure this out? Grrrr.

The top of the receipt from the CAS reads, "You will be sent a final confirmation containing the exact address of the exam center three weeks before the exam."

An update for those who are interested; my slip with the exam location arrived in the mail yesterday.

My exam center information arrived today.

It says, "Philadelphia, PA SITE TO BE DETERMINED".
