What are some other snacks. Don't say fruit and vegetables. I don't need the healthiest thing on the planet, just something better than Reeeses cup.
I saw the other food thread and it looked more like meals and was way to wordy. Just looking for simple suggestions.

When I HAVE to hit the vending machine, I go for SmartFood popcorn or pretzels.
If I need something sweet, I go for something I actually like, stop what I'm doing, eat a little and enjoy it (i.e., pay attention, don't work while I'm eating it), and then throw the rest away. One half of one twix bar is more satisfying than a whole pack of those Snackwells things.
Twizzlers or anything gummy is lower in fat, as far as vending machine fare goes.

Baked Lay's potato chips
lowfat yogurt
fat free pudding cup or Jello cup
cereal (I like to munch on frosted mini wheats - they're good even without milk)
lowfat ice cream bar or sandwich (I love Skinny Cow)
the new 100 calorie Nabisco packs (you can get Oreo, chocolate chip cookie, etc)
light popcorn (there are a couple brands that are about 100 calories and 1 or 2 grams of fat)
lowfat string cheese

Have a few Kashi TLC crackers. Maybe with Laughing Cow light cheese spread.
A few pistachios (about a quarter cup) is good, too.
Sugar free Jello or sugar-free pudding if you want sweets. (The pre-packaged pudding is awful, but the stuff you make at home is good. The pre-packaged jello is not too bad.)
