Where can I get the CAS 3 old exam solutions for the last few exams? Legally. Thanks.

Those should still work, and the Fall 03 CAS3 exam solutions should be available on ww.casact.org somewhere. The CAS only formally released solutions to the Fall 03 exam (the first since the exam split away from SOA).
