View Full Version : Course 3 Results
I have compiled the results so far for course 3 from the website. You can download the excel file from www.legleiter.com. I may or may not update the file sometime in the future.
Ok, it is updated a bit. There are now 24 responses included. It is somewhat interesting that there are still 10 questions without any sort of popular answer.

In your calculator. Assign A=1, B=2, etc. then build blocks of 10 answers like this: 1532534664 and put it into a memory. Repeat as neccessary.
Also, we've discussed this many times in the past as to whether this is good bad or indifferent. Be aware that the SOA has explicitly stated that doing this is not allowed. It seems it's one of those things like juice or chocolate in the exam center. Not allowed but seems to be overlooked unless you make it a problem (like the guy that volunteered to the SOA last term that he actually did this  ).

The financial keys (N, PMT, %i, etc) can be used as memory keys.

Glenn you read my mind...smashing idea
Ok, there are now about 30 or so people who have submitted answers. I have updated the spreadsheet at www.legleiter.com. I also added a spreadsheet that gives different weights based on the persons match to the popular key. I simply looked at the 60th percentile and gave the worst 10 50% less weight and the best 10 got 50% more weight. It didnt really change the key significantly.
Anyway, I welcome a more thorough analysis of the results if anyone would like to do it.

6 7 8 9 and 0 are sometimes used to denote guesses...in case you want to differentiate between supposed solid answers and guesses...
