How long does it take to receive initial accpetance via e-mail from SOA after filing the initial plans? 2 weeks?

Took less for me, probably depends on how many they have coming through but they don't really review them anymore so it should be a quick turnaround.

Within a few days. Pretty much as soon as the original signed documents and filing fee are processed.

The actual date of acceptance is the day when SOA got your payment.
